Are your fragrances authentic?

Yes, at Luna Fragrance, we only use authentic, genuine fragrances sourced from retail stores and authorized resellers. We meticulously and hygienically decant perfume using syringes and fill our premium travel-sized glass spray bottles.

Disclaimer: We are not directly affiliated with any of the brands themselves. We simply purchase their perfume, carefully decant it, and then resell it for your convince.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we partner with several providers, including DHL Express, to offer fast, fully tracked shipping with 2-5 day delivery time frames to most countries worldwide.

All parcels are fully tracked and are usually dispatched within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) from our offices based in Detroit, Michigan.

Can I cancel my order?

All orders are processed immediately, so cancellations are not available for any purchases. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they are ordering the correct items, and we are not liable for any accidents or mistakes made by the customer in this regard.

How long does dispatch take?

All orders are custom-made and are usually dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.

Is there tracking for my package?

Yes! You will be notified by email or phone once your order is dispatched, and you will receive your tracking number, which can be used to get all the updates about your delivery.

Are there customs fees?

There are $0 customs charges for imports up to the value of $800 USD in many countries, including the USA. For other countries, please research the laws, as you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country. It is the customer's duty to research this before confirming a purchase, as any charges for customs clearance must be paid for by the customer.

If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned to Luna Fragrance, a return to sender fee & handling fee will be payable to your courier and deducted from your refund.
